Justin Epstein is an author, minister actor, humorist, licensed yoga instructor, authority in golf psychology and an inspirational-motivational speaker. In his inspirational messages, he integrates insights from both East and West, including Christianity, Judaism, Yoga philosophy, psychology, science, and personal development.
As a dynamic inspirational speaker Justin has given over 130 presentations to thousands of people in Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall. He has shared the stage with such notables as Dr. Maya Angelou, Iyanla Vanzant, Larry Dossey M.D., and Marianne Williamson.
Justin has spoken to groups across the United States and internationally. Some of the companies and institutions he has addressed include; New York’s Roosevelt Hospital, Pop Sustainability, Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce, Lifelong Learning programs for The University of South Carolina and Hilton Head Island Learning Annex.
As a Magna Cum Laude graduate from James Madison University, he received a B.S. degree and double-majored in Communications and Religion/Philosophy. He has been interviewed on numerous radio and television programs throughout the country.
There’s a unique aspect of Justin’s education that brings light-heartedness and fun to his messages. He is a graduate of the American Comedy Institute, and performed stand-up comedy in clubs throughout New York City, including, “Carolines on Broadway.”
In 1993, Justin attended Unity Institute in Missouri, and was ordained a Unity Minister. He also lived for three and a half years at Ananda Village in California, one of the most successful Yoga and Meditation Retreat Centers in the world, where he became a licensed yoga instructor.
In addition to being a dynamic speaker, Justin is a prolific writer. He is the author of the book, SUPER YOU: 7 Steps to Profound Peace & Personal Power. He wrote a newspaper column for seven years called “Practical Spirituality.” He has also written hundreds of audio programs, including “The Enlightened Golfer: Merging Mind, Body & Spirit Through the Game.” In addition, he produced and hosted the cable television series, “Practical Spirituality,” which aired in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Justin served as Associate Minister at the Unity Center of New York City from 1999 to 2004 and had the rare opportunity of working with acclaimed New Thought author and speaker Eric Butterworth. In November of 2011, Justin became the Senior Minister of The Unity Center of New York City.
